Why I Started Key to Glow

My name is Lalith Rawal. Before Key to Glow, I spent years as a tax and finance consultant. Stable career. Good income. But skincare and beauty were always my real passion.

In 2018, I took the leap. I quit my profession and I launched my first skincare brand with passion, ambition, and a vision to create products people could truly believe in. The journey taught me invaluable lessons, strengthened my purpose, and laid the foundation for building something even greater.

Most people would have gone back to their safe career. I couldn't. Because the problem I set out to solve was still there — Indian skincare buyers were still being sold products loaded with steroids, harmful bleaching agents, and hidden chemicals, with no transparency about what was actually inside.

So I came back. This time with Key to Glow.

What I Learned From Failure

The first attempt taught me one thing above everything else — the product and packaging has to be world class. Not good. Not decent. World class.

I spent years sourcing and perfecting premium packaging that actually reflects the quality inside the bottle. Because in skincare, trust starts before the customer even opens the product. It starts the moment they hold it in their hands.
