HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, VUB Wellness will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

In that case, please write to at assist@key2glow.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. You will have to courier the parcel to us once we approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

Please write to at assist@key2glow.com or within 1 day of receiving the order and we will exchange the item you received and deliver the right one to you.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.

WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

A minimum 7-14 days are required from the time we receive the returned product.
